Fully Trained Staff You Can Trust
All cleaning and maintenance operatives are locally sourced and trained on site by our Area Managers. Training covers all key Health & Safety procedures, including COSHH, risk assessments, manual handling and correct storage of equipment and products.
Our teams are uniformed, DBS-checked (for school environments) and supported by Mobile Operatives in sign-written vehicles, giving you visible, reliable service on every visit. We are proud to be CHAS accredited and SafeContractor approved, giving you confidence in our professional standards and compliance.
Quality Control & Regular Audits
At Cobthorne Cleaning we take quality seriously and pride ourselves on our service delivery. We have a quality control system that allows us to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
All contracts are regularly reviewed through unannounced audits by our management team, using a regulated Audit Form from Cleanlink (our software system). A marking system is used throughout our process with 1 being Poor to 5 being Good, this ensures standard levels are monitored throughout the contract.
The manager will inspect all areas to monitor the performance of all the cleaning operatives and working supervisor. These audit reports will be emailed to our client and also used to monitor and improve areas that may need more attention.
